摘要
生物被膜是细菌在生长过程中附着在生物或非生物表面的具有一定结构的微生物群体。超过65%的人类疾病与生物被膜有关,尤其是慢性疾病,主要由于细菌形成生物被膜后,会增强对抗生素和宿主免疫应答的抵抗力。生物被膜的清除对于疾病的预防和治疗具有重要意义,目前亟需开发能拮抗生物被膜的新型抗菌药物。本文就近年来生物被膜拮抗剂开发的研究进展作简要的综述。
Bacterial biofilms are a complex and organized community of bacteria encased in a self-produced exopoly-meric matrix that anchors to a live or inert surface, Over 65% of human diseases involve biofilms, and this is particularly true of chronic diseases. The formation of a biofilm can increase a bacterium's resistance to antibiotics and the host immune response. Removal of biofilm is a potential strategy to prevent and treat diseases involving such films. Therefore, new antibacterials need to be developed to combat biofilms. This review provides a detailed summary of recent advances in antibiofilm agents.
