摘要
研究百里香酚对植物病原真菌的离体和活体抗菌作用,探索该化合物作为农用杀菌物质的应用价值。采用抑制菌丝生长速率法、抑制孢子萌发法、组织测定法和盆栽试验法系统测定了百里香酚对植物病原真菌的抑制作用。结果表明,在离体条件下百里香酚对供试的10种植物病原真菌菌丝生长均有一定的抑制作用,其中,对番茄灰霉病菌的抑制作用最强,EC50为0.012g/L;对番茄灰霉病菌、烟草赤星病菌和玉米大斑病菌孢子萌发有较强的抑制作用,EC50分别为0.028、0.032g/L和0.064g/L;盆栽试验结果表明百里香酚对番茄灰霉病菌具有很好的保护和治疗作用,在供试浓度为0.75g/L时,对番茄灰霉病的保护和治疗作用分别为72.01%和60.28%,与对照药剂速克灵无显著性差异。百里香酚对供试的植物病原真菌具有较好的离体和活体杀菌作用。
This study investigated the antifungal activity of thymol from Mongollian Thyme Herb in vitro and in vivo so as to reveal its antifungal activity. The bioassay results indicated that thymol inhibited mycelial growth of 10 species investigated plant-pathogenic fungal in vitro. It especially could markedly inhibit the mycelial growth to Botrytis cinerea. The EC50 value against B. cinerea was 0.012 g/L. The spore germination EC50 value against B. cinerea, Alternaria alternate and Exserohilum turcicum were 0.028, 0.032 g/L and 0.064 g/L, respectively. In addition, protective effect and therapeutic effect of thymol (0.75 g/L) against the B. cinerea, were 72.01% and 60.28% in pot, respectively, which was no significant difference between procymidone and thymol.
