摘要
在县域发展层面如何科学总结改革开放以来的历史经验,对于县域今后的发展具有极强的现实指导意义。在科学总结县域改革开放历史经验时,应该把握政治性原则、整体性原则、人民性原则、辩证性原则、动态性原则、目标性原则,以确保总结凝炼出的县域改革开放历史经验能够在新时代更好地推进县域的全面发展。
How to scientifically sum up the historical experience since the reform and opening-up at the level of county development is an important issue. This historical experience of reform and opening-up in the county areas would exert an impact on the future development of the counties. In summing up the historical experience of reform and opening-up in the county areas, we should grasp the political principle, the integrity principle, the people’s principle, the dialectical principle, the dynamic principle, and the objective principle to scientifically summarize the historical experience of the county reform and opening-up, which can promote the overall devel-opment of the counties in the new era.
