摘要
鉴于我国城市化进程与建设用地市场供应的非同步推进,对我国土地城市化与人口城市化进行脱钩分析,将环境领域的脱钩概念和脱钩分析引入到土地城市化与人口城市化的关系研究中,建立土地城市化与人口城市化的脱钩分析方法,并进一步探究这种脱钩在我国四大经济区域之间的差异。基于此,分别针对四大经济区域分析我国31个省级区域2008-2015年的人口城市化与土地城市化的脱钩状况。结果表明:我国有16个省市实现了土地城市化与人口城市化的脱钩,仍有15个省市未实现脱钩。其中,西部地区实现土地城市化与人口城市化脱钩的比例最高,达75%;东部地区和东北地区实现脱钩的比例相当。要推进更为科学合理的城市化进程,还有很长的路要走。
In view of the non-synchronous advancement ofthe urbanization process and the supply market of the constructionland, this paper decouples the decoupling of the supply market andthe urbanization rate in China, and further explores the differencesbetween the three economic regions. The results show that there are 16provinces and cities in China that have achieved the decoupling of landurbanization and population urbanization. There are still 15 provincesand cities that have not been decoupled. Among them, the ratio of dehatingland urbanization and population urbanization in the westernregion is the highest, reaching 75%; the proportion of decoupling in theeastern and northeastern regions is quite large. There is still a long wayto go to advance a more scientific and rational urbanization process.
