摘要
实施乡村振兴战略是中国特色社会主义进入新时代做好"三农"工作的总抓手,是更好解决农村发展不充分、城乡发展不平衡等重大问题的新思路。中国特色社会主义乡村振兴战略吸收了发达国家现代化进程中城乡关系调整的实践经验,也是在我国既往改革开放历史经验总结基础上提出的面向现代化的战略部署。乡村振兴战略的实施,需要积极推进小农户和现代农业发展的有机衔接,深化农村土地制度和集体产权制度改革,加快"三农"工作队伍的建设。
The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the primary tool for resolving the problems about agriculture,rural and farmers. It is a new way to solve the major problems such as inadequate rural development and unbalanced urban and rural development. The rural revitalization strategy has absorbed the practical experience of the adjustment of urban-rural relations in the process of modernization in developed countries,and is also a strategic plan for modernization based on experience of reform and opening. The implementation of rural revitalization strategy needs to actively promote the connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development,deepen the reform of rural land system and collective property right system,and speed up the construction of ＂Sannong＂ working team.
