摘要 "三农"问题的解决是实现乡村振兴战略的关键,粮食问题不仅是"三农"问题的重要方面之一,更是关系到国计民生的重中之重。因此,粮食问题不容忽视。从技术因素和人力资本两大方面研究影响粮食产量的因素,技术因素采用农业现代化指标,人力资本采用人力资本量化指标,利用2013年~2017年全国31个省级区域的相关数据,计算出农业现代化得分和人力资本得分,然后对两大因素做方差分析。结果表明:农业现代化对粮食产量具有正向促进作用,农业现代化水平越高,对粮食的促进作用越大,人力资本对粮食也有正向促进作用,中等人力资本水平对产量的促进作用最显著,且两者交互影响。因此,要促进粮食增产,不仅要提高农业现代化水平,还要加强对人力资本的关注。 The solution to the problems concerning agricuhure, countryside and falTners is the key to realizing the strategy of rejuvenating the counwyside, while the grain problem is not only an important aspect of the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, but also a top priority of national economy and people＇s livelihood. Therefore, the food issue cannot be ignored. This paper studies the factors affecting grain yield from two major aspects of technolog- ical factors and human capital, where the technical factors are derived from agricultural modernization indicators while the human capital is based on quantitative indicators of human capital, and the paper also uses the relevant data from 31 provinces of 2013 to 2017 to calculate the modern scores and human capital scolds, and then analyzes the variance for the two major factors. The results show： agricultural modernization has a positive effect on grain yield, and the higher the level of agricultural modernization, the greater the role of promoting grain production. And the human capital also has a positive effect on grain, and the level of medium human capital has the most significant effect on grain yield, both of which have interactive effects. Therefore, to increase grain production, we should not only raise the level of agricultural modernization, but also pay special attention to human capital.
