摘要
通过分析常规安防系统在油气管道阀室应用时的系统架构及耗电情况,对常规安防系统内的主要耗电设备的供电控制方式进行改进,对阀室内的安防网络构架进行精简,引入视频智能分析技术,重新设计了一种新型的油气管道阀室低功耗安防系统,解决了常规安防系统在油气管道阀室应用时耗电量大导致的太阳能供电系统建设投资过大和电池组件面积过大的问题。既满足了油气管道阀室运行维护中对安防系统的功能需求,又大大降低了安防系统的整体用电量,降低了阀室太阳能供电系统的建设投资,减少了用地面积,取得了良好的效果。
By analyzing the system architecture and power consumption of the conventional security and defense system in the application of the oil & gas pipeline valve chamber, improve the power control mode of the main power-consuming equipment in the conventional security and defense system, streamline the security and defense network architecture of the valve chamber, using video intelligence analysis technology, a new type of oil & gas pipeline valve chamber low-power security and defense system has been redesigned, It solves the problem that the power consumption of the solar power supply system is too large and the area of the battery components is too large when the conventional security and defense system is used in the valve chamber of the oil & gas pipeline. It not only satisfies the functional requirements of the operation and maintenance of the valve chamber of the oil & gas pipeline, but also greatly reduces the overall electricity consumption of the security and defense system, reduces the investment in the construction of the solar power supply system in the valve chamber,reduces the area of the land use,and has achieved good results.
