摘要
油气资源的开发以及能源市场发展的激增,使得管道运输在世界范围内得到迅速的发展,石油能源也已成为国民经济的命脉。腐蚀是威胁长输管线安全运行的重要因素之一,埋地管道阴极保护电位的实时监测,对于保障管道安全具有重要意义。针对管道现场对功耗的要求,分析并设计了基于MSP430和GPRS无线模块的超低功耗无线数据监控系统,系统具有低成本、远距离、高可靠性和易维护性等特点。
The development of oil and gas resources results in the enlargement of energy markets,and thus the oil resource becomes the lifeline of national economy,and the pipeline transportation rapidly develops all over the world.Pipeline corrosion is one of the important factors that threatens the safe operation of long-distance pipelines,while the real-time monitoring of buried pipeline cathodic protection potential is of great importance for the protection of pipeline.To satisfy the requirements of power consumption in pipeline field,the low power-consumption wireless data monitoring system based on MSP430 and GPRS is designed,and this system has characteristics of low cost,long-range,high reliability and easy maintenance,etc..
