摘要
针对常规晶硅电池组件在发电运行中存在光致衰减现象,经过对电池扩散工艺的分析和研究,提出一种提升电池少子寿命和方块电阻的工艺。经实验测试和应用结果表明该工艺能够有效解决组件运行中产生的光衰现象。
Aiming at the light induced degradation existing in the conventional crystalline silicon solar cell units during the operation of the power generation, the cell diffusion processing is analyzed and researehed, a kind of technique is put forward to increase the life service of the cell minority cattier and sheet resistance. The test and application results show that the technique can effectively solve the light induced degradation during the operation of the cell module.
