摘要
推拿医疗作用的好坏强弱,取决于推拿手法的熟练程度。推拿手法学具有很强的技能性、操作性、实践性的特点,学生手法技能的获得主要是通过实践教学来实现,因此,在推拿手法学课程的教学中改革原有的教学模式,采用教学语言生动、教学方式互动、课室空间移动、手法功法联动、课程内容机动的"五动"作为教学中心,取得良好的教学效果。
The therapeutic effects of tuina-massage depend on proficiency of tuina-massage manipulations. The characteristics of tuina-massage manipulations include higher technical, operational and practical abilities, and practical teaching is a main way for students to grasp tuina-massage manipulations. The original teaching mode is reformed in course of tuina-massage manipulations, and"five movements"teaching method is applied including vivid teaching language, interactions of teaching methods, variable classroom, linkage of tuina exercise and manipulations and flexible content. The good teaching efficacy has been obtained.
