高锰酸钾氧化废轮胎胶粉对橡胶沥青性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本文采用高锰酸钾对废轮胎胶粉进行表面氧化改性,并用氧化后所得胶粉对沥青进行改性。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)实验结果表明:氧化后的胶粉表面有大量羰基(-C=O)生成,且羧基(O—C=O))含量显著增加。通过正交试验设计研究反应温度、反应时间及氧化剂用量对胶粉改性沥青25℃针入度、5℃延度和软化点主要技术指标的影响。由极差分析与方差分析可知,反应温度对胶粉改性沥青性能的影响最为显著,并提出氧化改性胶粉的最佳试验反应条件为:反应温度为90℃,反应时间为3.0h,氧化剂用量为橡胶粉的10wt%。该条件下制备的氧化胶粉改性沥青的感温性能和低温抗开裂性能得到显著改善。 Crumb tire rubber was oxidized by potassium permanganate and used for preparation of rubber modified asphalt. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy characterization shows that a large number of C=O groups on the surface of crumb tire rubber generated and the content of O-C=O increased significantly after the oxidization. Orthogonal test was designed to study the influences of oxidation temperature, oxidation time and oxidant dosage on the properties of modified asphalt, including penetration at 25℃, ductility at 5℃ and softening point. According to range analysis and variance analysis, oxidation temperature was the most significant factor on the properties of modified asphalt. The optimum reaction conditions were oxidation temperature of 90℃, oxidation time of 3.0 h, and oxidant dosage 10 wt% of rubber mass. The temperature susceptibility and low temperature cracking resistance of rubber modified asphalt prepared under the optimum condition improved significantly.
