摘要
为改善橡胶沥青的性能,采用过氧化氢和硫酸铁作为共同改性剂活化处理胶粉。研究了胶粉掺量、胶粉细度及反应温度对过氧化氢-硫酸铁复合改性橡胶沥青的性能影响,并与普通橡胶沥青的性能进行对比。结果表明:随着胶粉掺量的增加、胶粉细度的增大及反应温度的升高,过氧化氢-硫酸铁复合改性橡胶沥青和普通橡胶沥青的性能均有所提升,且与普通橡胶沥青相比,改性橡胶沥青的黏度降低,高温性能和低温性能更好。
In order to improve the performance of rubber asphalt,hydrogen peroxide and ferric sulfate were used as the common modifiers to activate the rubber powder. The effects of the rubber powder content,rubber powder fineness and reaction temperature on the performance of the hydrogen peroxide-ferric sulfate modified rubber asphalt were studied and compared with that of ordinary rubber asphalt. The results showed that the performance of the modified rubber asphalt and ordinary rubber asphalt were improved with the increase of the rubber powder content,rubber powder fineness and reaction temperature. Compared with ordinary rubber asphalt,the modified rubber asphalt indicates lower viscosity,better high temperature and low temperature properties.
