摘要
随着中国汽车工业的飞速发展,汽车的数量逐年增加,中国将面临着和国外发达国家早已遇到的大量废旧轮胎的处理问题。而将废旧轮胎再生资源化处理是解决这一难题的最好途径,且利用废旧轮胎生产改性沥青不仅能大量消耗废旧轮胎,还能优化沥青路面,可谓一举两得,介绍了国内外废橡胶粉改性沥青的应用现状,概叙了废橡胶粉改性沥青的生产方法(常温粉碎法、低温粉碎法和湿法或溶剂粉碎法),并对其流变性机理、溶胀机理、相容性理论进行了总结,重点分析了废胶粉改性沥青的贮存稳定性和感温性,得出使用废橡胶粉对沥青进行改性具有重要的理论和现实意义的结论。
With the rapid development of China's automobile industry, the number of cars is increasing year by year. China will face the problem of large number of waste tires like the developed countries. The best way to solve this problem is waste tire processing as renewable resources. The utilization and production of waste tire modified asphalt not only consume a lot of discarded tires, but also optimize the asphalt pavement. The current application of domestic and overseas crumb rubber modified asphalt were introduced. The research progresses of production methods( the normal temperature crushing method, cryogenic comminution method and wet/solvent crushing method), modification mechanism( rheological mechanism, swelling mechanism and compatibility theory), performance and application( storage stability and temperature susceptibility)of modified asphalt were summarized. This study is of great significance to modify asphalt with crumb rubber both in theory and practice.
