摘要
基于文献法对日本特殊教育教师资格认证制度进行研究,并参照日本发展经验对我国建立特殊教育教师资格认证制度提出建议。研究结果表明:日本特殊教育教师资格认证制度经过几十年的发展,具有强有力的法律保障和不断完善的制度体系,灵活性强,可以为我国尽快建立一个完善的特殊教育教师资格认证制度提供借鉴。
This study, based on research literature, aims to explore Japan's qualification system for special education teachers and its implications for China. The research results show that after several decades, Japan' s qualification system for special education teachers is featured by strong legal protection, an increasingly consummate system, and certain flexibility. This can be used as a reference for China's timely establishment of a complete qualification system for svecial education teachers.
