不同种类粗纤维混凝土基本力学性能及弯曲韧性试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 选取钢纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维和聚丙烯纤维3种粗纤维,研究不同粗纤维在不同体积掺量条件下(0%,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%)对混凝土抗压强度、劈拉强度和弯曲韧性的影响,并分析粗纤维对上述指标的影响机理。结果表明:不同种类粗纤维对混凝土抗压强度无显著影响。端部弯折钢纤维和经表面处理的聚丙烯粗纤维在体积掺量≥1.0%时对混凝土劈拉强度有一定的提升作用,其中钢纤维的提升作用更明显。不同粗纤维对混凝土弯曲韧性的提升效果为:钢纤维>聚丙烯粗纤维>聚乙烯醇粗纤维。粗纤维对混凝土劈拉强度和弯曲韧性的提升作用主要取决于拔出过程中所受阻力,与纤维材料性能、纤维外形特征和纤维表面处理工艺等因素有关。 Three kinds of coarse fibers including steel fiber, polypropylene fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber were selected to research the influence of coarse fiber type and volume proportion on compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural toughness of coarse fiber reinforced concrete. Influence mechanism of coarse fiber on above indexes was also analyzed. Results show that different kinds of coarse fibers have no significant influence on compressive strength of concrete. The hooked steel fiber and polypropylene fiber with rough surface treatment in the volume of not less than 1% can improve the splitting tensile strength of concrete at a certain degree. The order of improvement effect on flexural toughness of concrete was steel fiber〉polypropylene fiber〉polyvinyl alcohol fiber. The improvement effect was mainly determined by the resistance during pull-out process, which was related to fiber properties, fiber profile characteristics and fiber surface treatment technology.
