摘要
为了探讨在喷射混凝土中仿钢纤维替代钢纤维的可行性,研究了钢纤维和仿钢纤维喷射混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能,特别是对其抗碳化以及抗氯离子侵蚀耐久性进行了比较.研究结果表明,在适量的掺量条件下,钢纤维喷射混凝土的力学性能较仿钢纤维要好,但从长期耐久性来看,在碳化和氯离子腐蚀环境中钢纤维喷射混凝土将有一个失效的过程,而仿钢纤维喷射混凝土可长期有效.因此,在腐蚀环境条件下,当力学性能满足设计要求时,仿钢纤维完全可以替代钢纤维,且提高了耐久性能.
Mechanical properties and durability of steel fiber and macro-synthetic fiber reinforced shotcrete,especially carbonization and chloride ion corrosion resistance are studied,and the feasibility of the macro-synthetic fiber shotcrete as an alternative to steel fiber shotcrete is discussed.Results show that mechanical property of steel fiber reinforced shotcrete is better than that of macro-synthetic fiber reinforced shotcrete,but the durability of steel fiber reinforced shotcrete becomes invalid by degrees and that of macro-synthetic fiber reinforced shotcrete is effective when they are situated in a corrosive environment of carbonization and chloride ion corrosion for over a long period of time.Therefore,if the mechanical properties of macro-synthetic fiber reinforced shotcrete meet the requirements of design,it should be substituted for steel fiber reinforced shotcrete,and its durability is improved.
