摘要
为挖掘江汉鸡主要经济性状的潜能,试验研究了江汉鸡体重、体尺、产蛋性能、屠宰性能、肉质指标、蛋品质指标,并对种质性状进行了分析。结果表明:300日龄江汉鸡成年公鸡体重为1 600~1 800 g,母鸡为1 200~1 400 g,蛋重为45~49 g/枚,500日龄入舍鸡产蛋数为160~180枚/只。在江汉鸡肌肉中检测到17种氨基酸,其中必需氨基酸、总氨基酸、非必需氨基酸含量符合FAO/WHO推荐的理想氨基酸模式要求。鸡蛋哈氏单位为82.04±4.03,蛋形指数为1.28±0.03,蛋黄颜色值为12.13±0.73,蛋壳强度为3.93±0.98 kg/cm2,表现出了良好的蛋品质。
The aim of the present study was to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the genetic law of the main economic traits of Jianghan chicken. The body weight, body size, laying performance, slaughter performance, meat quality index and egg quality index of Jianghan chickens were studied, and their germplasm characters were analyzed. The results showed that the body weight of adult male chickens at 300 days old was 1 600-1 800 g, that of hens was 1 200-1 400 g, that of egg weight was 45-49 g per egg, and each hen laid 160-180 eggs at 500 days old. 17 kinds of amino acids were detected in the muscle of Jianghan chickens. The contents of essential amino acids, total amino acids and non-essential amino acids in meat met the requirements of ideal amino acid pattern recommended by FAO/WHO. The egg Haugh unit was 82.04±4.03, the egg shape index was 1.28±0.03, the color of egg yolk was 12.13±0.73, and the strength of egg shell was 3.93±0.98 kg/cm^2. The results indicated that the egg quality of Jianghan chicken was excellent.
