江汉鸡与隐性白羽肉鸡及其正反交后代体尺和屠宰性状比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 为满足消费者多元化的消费需求,养殖企业开始关注地方鸡特色性能的挖掘,并探索其与商业品系的遗传改良。本研究设计杂交试验,探究隐性白羽肉鸡与江汉鸡正反交后代生长性状、体尺性状和屠宰性状的变化。研究结果表明,江汉鸡、隐性白羽肉鸡正反交后代增重介于亲本之间,与江汉鸡相比均有明显提高,但正反交后代无明显差异;此外,体尺性状与屠宰性状介于两亲本之间,但正交与反交两种模式下的后代公鸡在体尺与屠宰性状表现出较大差异,而母鸡的差异不明显。 In order to meet the diversification of consumer tastes,the breeding enterprises gradually focus on the identification of the characteristics of Chinese indigenous chicken which could be used for genetic improvement with commercial strains.In this study,a hybrid experiment was designed to explore the body growth weights gain,body size and carcass traits of the progeny of reciprocal cross of the recessive white feather broiler and the jianghan chicken.The results showed that compared to the jianghan chicken,the growth weights gain of offsprings derived from jianghan chicken as father was obvious increased.Besides,the body size and carcass traits of the offsprings were ranged in the Jianghan chicken and recessive white broilers,and the modes of the reciprocal cross could significant⁃ly affect the body size and carcass traits of the cocks rather than hens.
