摘要
在世界局势处于大转型、大变革的关口,亟须揭示全球治理的实质及其历史局限,以破解全球发展难题。中国适时地提出以"人类命运共同体"为核心的中国方案,为人类社会在解决重大问题上形成共同价值、共同意识贡献了中国智慧。这就需要向世界宣传人类命运共同体的价值理念,诠释中国地域文明提升到全球性文明的逻辑必然。揭示为什么中国能够成功提出超越资本主义现代性全球治理的新方案,弄清楚人类命运共同体是如何变革全球治理的整体理念。进而在实践探索中,推进人类命运共同体的落地落实,彰显中国共产党的天下情怀与责任担当。
As the world situation is at the threshold of major transformation and refrom, it is urgent to reveal the essence and historical limitations of global governance so as to solve global development problems. China has timely put forward the Chinese plan with the ＂A Community of Shared Future for Mankind＂ as the core, and contributed Chinese wisdom to the formation of common values and common awareness of human society in solving major problems. This requires publicizing the values of ＂the community of shared future for mankind＂ to the world and interpreting the logical necessity of promoting China＇ s regional civilization to a global one. It reveals why China has been able to put forward a new plan for global governance beyond capitalist modernity and how ＂the community of shared future for mankind＂ has transfromed global governance. Then, in practice and exploration, we should promote the implementation of the conmmnity of shared future for mankind and highlight the passion and responsibility of the CPC for the world.
