摘要
为适应棉纺环锭细纱机高速纺纱、降低细纱断头的要求,通过完善整修标准、明确整修重点、掌握关键技术3个方面阐述精细整修的具体做法;分析气圈高度与导纱钩运动轨迹关系、导纱钩运动轨迹控制和优化的革新改造;以山东某纺纱厂对EJMl28K-420型细纱机进行整修和革新的实践,表明“两步法”整修后细纱机锭速可提高9%,且细纱断头无显著增加。指出:采用整修、革新“两步法”,提升设备工作状态可有效降低细纱断头;即使断头率不变,也可提高锭速、增加单产;改进锭子校正的“一杆两盘”方法,能保证锭子、钢领和导纱钩“三同轴”;优化导纱钩运动轨迹和加装气圈控制环可降低细纱断头,是从细纱机上挖掘潜力、降低断头的重要措施。
To be oriented with the development of hi-speed ring spinning of cotton yarn with less broken ends ,we expound the concrete practice of fine machine repair from three aspects inclu-ding completion of repair standard, clear key repair processes, and mastering key technology. In-novation and reform starts with the relationship between the balloon height and the trajectory of the guide,the control and optimization of the trajectory of the guide.The repair practice of the spinning frame EJM128K-420 in a spinning plant in Shandong shows that the spindle speed of the spinning frame can be increased by 9 % after the two-step refurbishment and innovation, and the breakage of the spinning yarn dropped significantly.It is pointed out that the refurbish- ment and innovation of the two-step method can effectively reduce the yarn breakage. Even if the end-broken rate keeps unchanged, the spindle speed and the output can be increased, and the "one rod and two disks"method to improve the spindle correction can keep the spindle,the ring and the guide in a state of three-in-one-axis,and the trajectory of the yarn guide is optimized. The installation of the balloon control ring can reduce the broken ends of the spun yarn.It is an imoortant measure to excavate the potential and reduce the broken ends from the spinning frame.
