JWF1562型棉纺环锭细纱机人字臂座加工工艺改进

摘要 为提高JWF1562型棉纺环锭细纱机人字臂座的加工质量,分析采用二次装夹和镗加工是φ40_(-0.2)^(-0.1)mm圆弧面表面粗糙度和该圆弧面与φ26mm中心距(70js10±0.06)mm加工合格率低、加工质量不稳定的原因;通过设计专用球头刀具将断续切削改进为连续切削,以及合并工序、减少装夹次数等,有效提高人字臂座的加工质量和生产效率。 In order to improve the manufacturing quality of the herringbone jib seat on the cotton ring spinning frame JWF1562,analysis is done to the causes of poor yield rate and unstable quality of the surface roughness of arc Ф40-0.2^-0.1 mm and the arc with Ф26 mm center distance (70js10±0.06 mm) manufacturing using secondary binding and boring. Through the special balled cutter, the intermittent cutting is replaced with continuous cutting,and the processes are merged and clamping times reduced, consequently effectively improving the manufacturing quality and efficiency of the herringbone jib seat on the cotton ring spinning frame JWF1562.
