摘要
分析假捻装置对纱线结构和性能的作用效果。通过在DTM 129型细纱机的前罗拉与导纱钩之间加装假捻装置,纺制改装前后两种方式的纱线,并对成纱指标进行测试分析;在显微镜下对纱线横截面和纵向表面进行观察分析,并对纱线直径和捻回角进行统计计算。结果表明:假捻纺纱线的强伸性、毛羽和条干等性能均优于普通纺纱线;假捻纺纱线结构紧密,直径略有减小,捻回角相对偏小,受外界挤压变形小。通过研究该纺纱方法可以更好地对纱线质量进行预测和控制。
Effect of false twist device on yarn property and structure was analysized.The false twist device was installed between the front roller and the guide wire of DTM 129 spinning frame.Two modes of yarns before and after the modification were spun,the yarn indexes were tested and analyzed.Yarn cross section and longitudinal section were observed and analyzed under the microscope.The yarn diameter and the twist angle were statistically calculated.The results showed that tenacity elogation,hairiness and evenness of false twisted yarn were better than ordinary yarn.Structure of false twisted yarn was tighter,yarn diameter was decreased slightly and the twist angle was relatively smaller.The extrusion deformation of false twisted yarn was smaller.The yarn quality can be better predicted and controlled by studying the spinning method.
