摘要
探讨莱赛尔亚麻混纺纱的生产工艺。介绍了亚麻纤维的性能特点及物理指标;比较了莱赛尔与亚麻纤维的两种混和方案;介绍了亚麻纤维和莱赛尔预处理工艺;采用两道混并工艺,避免条子过于熟烂;比较了环锭纺与集聚纺两种纺纱方式的成纱指标;对比了不同规格的网格圈纺纱效果;最终顺利生产出莱赛尔/亚麻80/20 7.4tex集聚纺和环锭纺纱。认为:选择合理的亚麻纤维预处理和工艺配置以及纺专器材,可以保证莱赛尔亚麻混纺细号纱的顺利生产。
Production technology of lyoceI1 flax blended yarn was discussed. Property and physical indexes of flax were introduced. Two blended solutions of lyocell and flax were compared. The pre treatment technology of flax fiber and lyoeell were introduced. Two times blended drawing was adopted to avoid the silver breaking. Yarn indexes of two kinds of spinning way like ring spinning and condensed spinning were compared. The effect of dif- ferent specifications lattice apron were compared. Finally lyocell/flax 80/20 7.4 rex condensed yarn and ring yarn were produced successfully. It is considered choosing reasonable flax fiber per-treatment, technology configuration and spinning special components gJ- accessories can ensure the successful production of lyocell flax blended yarn.
