摘要
产教融合是职业教育人才培养的重要途径之一。行业型职教集团由于存量大、辐射范围广,特别是企业主导的行业型职教集团将全产业链与人才培养链深度对接,并将企业利益与产教融合相结合,因而在推进产教融合中具有优势。其推进产教融合需要依托法人化的组织机制、利益生产的动力机制、实践化的人才培养机制和市场化的实施机制。为此,政府需要在数据服务、服务购买、试点工作和双证融合等方面提供政策支持。
The industry-education integration is one of the important ways to cultivate vocational education talents. The protection of the integration of industry and education in the field of vocational education in our country is not in place, leading to the problem of ＂school fever and enterprise cold＂ . Due to the large stock and wide range of radiation, the industry-based vocational education group, in particular, the industry-oriented vocational education group led by the enterprise, deeply links the whole industry chain with the personnel training chain, and combines the interests of enterprises with the integration of industry and education. Therefore, the integration has advantages. In order to promote the integration of production and education, it is necessary to rely on the organizational mechanism of legal personality, the dynamic mechanism of benefit production, and the practical personnel training mechanism and the market-oriented implementation mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to provide policy support in the areas of data services, service purchasing, pilot work and dual-certificate integration.
