摘要
泡沫铝夹心板是一种新型复合材料,具有低密度、高比强、高比刚度、吸能减振、隔热、隔音等性能,可广泛用于航空航天、机械工业、汽车等领域。本文对泡沫铝夹芯板在三点弯曲载荷下的变形特性进行了试验研究和数值模拟。基于有限元软件ABAQUS建立了泡沫铝夹芯板的三维有限元模型,并采用扩展有限元法(XFEM)对模型在三点弯曲过程中的破坏模式进行了模拟。模拟的结果和试验结果基本吻合。
The aluminum foam sandwich panel is a new composite material with low density, high specific strength,high specific stiffness,energy absorption,vibration,heat insulation and sound insulation. It can be widely used inaerospace,machinery industry,automotive and other fields. In this paper,The deformation characteristic on three-point bending of aluminum foam sandwich panels were investigated by the experimental observation and numericalsimulation. The three-dimensional finite element simplification model for aluminum foam sandwich panels was established by finite element software ABAQUS,and the failure mode of the model in the three-point bending process was simulated by the extended finite element method (XFEM). The simulation result is basically consistent withthe test result.
