摘要
由于铸铁是典型的拉压弹性模量不同的材料,在外载荷作用下,铸铁面板泡沫铝层合板将相当于3种不同材料组成的层合板.本文采用弹性理论建立了铸铁面板泡沫铝芯层合板在均布荷载作用下的静力平衡方程,利用静力平衡方程确定了层合板的中性面位置.在此基础上,建立了铸铁面板泡沫铝芯层合板的弯曲方程,利用该弯曲方程即可得到层合板的挠曲线表达式.并把该方法计算结果与有限元方法计算结果进行比较,说明该计算方法是可靠的.算例分析表明,铸铁面板泡沫铝型层合板的弯曲挠度计算不宜采用相同弹性模量弹性理论,而应该采用拉压弹性模量不同的弹性理论.
As cast iron being a typical material with different elastic moduli in tension and compression,cast iron panel aluminum foam core laminated plate is equivalent to laminated plate composition of three different materials under external loads. Static equilibrium equation of cast iron panel aluminum foam core laminated plate under uniform load was established using elastic mechanics theory. The location of neutral plane in cast iron panel aluminum foam core laminated plate is determined by the utilization of static equilibrium equation. The bending deformation differential equtions of cast iron panel aluminum foam core laminated plate is derived,and the deflection expression of laminated plate is got. On the FEM analysis of laminated plate ,the correctness of the method was verified. The numerical example shows that the bending deflection calculation of cast iron panel aluminum foam core laminated laminated plate may as well not apply classical elastic theory with same elastic modulus,and should use elastic theory with different elastic moduli in tension and compression.
