摘要
在聚氨酯海绵基体上镀覆一层金属薄膜,然后镀铁,高温烧结。探讨了克服铁沉积层严重的氢脆和应力因素,制备高结合力、高熔点、高抗压强度的泡沫铁,并提出一套完善的制备工艺。
A thin layer of metal is coated on polyurethane sponge substrate first, and iron electroplating and surface protective coating are followed. Finally, high temperature sintering is conducted. The ways for overcoming serious hydrogen embrittlement and the stress factor of iron deposit are discussed. By using this process, a foam iron is produced, which has high binding strength, high melting point and high compressive strength. A whole set of perfect preparation process is put forward.
