摘要 电机控制器是承接主控制器和电机的关键部件。针对目前控制器驱动电路存在电流不均、开关时间不一等问题,设计了基于改进全桥驱动电路的电机控制器,并设计了相应的控制算法。实验结果表明:该控制器有效解决了电流不均、开关时间不一等问题,能满足实际应用的需求。 The motor controller is the key component to undertake the main controller and motor. Aiming at the problems such as current non-uniformity and switching time in current controller drive circuit, a motor controller based on improved full-bridge drive circuit was designed and the corresponding control algorithm was designed. Through experimental verification, the controller effectively solves the problems of uneven current, switching time and other issues, and can meet the needs of practical applications.
