摘要
在钢材的拉伸试验中所使用的老式机械标点机具有效率低、标距数据容易失真、不满足标准GB/T 2281.1-2010的要求等缺点。利用激光高刻线精度和伺服电机高精度移动距离控制技术,设计了新型批量标点机,可以大幅度地提高设备的打标效率和精度,有效地解决老式机械标点机的问题。
The old-style mechanical punctuation machine used in tensile test of steel had the disadvantagess of low efficiency, easy distortion of gauge data and fail to meet the standard requirements of GB/T 228.1-2010. Using laser high-profile precision and servo motor high-precision moving distance control technology, a new batch punctuation machine was designed, which could greatly improve the marking efficiency and accuracy of equipment, and effectively solved the problems of the old-style mechanical punctuation machine.
