摘要
为检测TX6916落地镗铣床样机的动态性能,采用有限元和试验的方法对其主轴进行振动研究。利用ANSYS对主轴进行模态分析,在三维实体模型的基础上建立了轴承-主轴系统有限元模型,求解得出前5阶固有振动频率和相应的主振型。利用锤击法对主轴进行动态响应试验,通过试验测试数据和有限元计算结果对比分析,验证了有限元模型的合理性,并对误差原因进行讨论,为该型镗铣床的进一步动力学研究及其优化设计提供了重要依据。
In order to test the dynamic performance of floor type TX6916 boring and milling machine prototype, this article studies its vibration of the spindle by using the finite element and test method. Using ANSYS to carry out spindle modal analysis, a finite element model of bearing-spindle system is established based on the three-dimensional solid model, and first five step natural vibration frequencies and their corresponding main vibration modes are obtained through solving. Dynamic response experiment was carried out by using hammer excitation, the reasonableness of finite element model was verified by comparing and analyzing the measured data with the result of finite element calculation, and the pos- sible causes of the errors are also been discussed. This article provides important basis for dynamics study and optimal design of this type of boring and milling machine.
