摘要
针对大埋深管道探测的需求,该文根据多频管中电流法(PCM)探测地下金属管线的原理,设计开发了一款频率、幅值可调的大功率交流恒流发射机。系统采用STM32F401RCT6作为主控芯片,并对逆变电路、滤波电路、采样电路、保护电路以及人机交互界面进行设计。采用电流瞬时值PID闭环控制算法对SPWM调制信号进行实时控制,达到恒流输出的目的。实验结果表明,系统可在单频(128 Hz)、双频(4 Hz+128 Hz)以及三频(4 Hz+8 Hz+128 Hz)模式下稳定输出0~10 A的交流电流。
To meet the needs of detection of deep buried pipeline,this paper designs and develops a high⁃power AC constant current transmitter with adjustable frequency and amplitude based on the principle of Pipeline Current Mapper(PCM)to detect underground metal pipelines.The system uses STM32F401RCT6 as the main control chip,and designs the inverter circuit,filter circuit,sampling circuit,protection circuit and human⁃computer interaction interface.The current instantaneous value PID closed⁃loop control algorithm is used to control the SPWM modulation signal in real time to achieve the purpose of constant current output.Experimental results show that the system can output 0~10 A AC current stably in single frequency(128 Hz),double frequency(4 Hz+128 Hz)and triple frequency(4 Hz+8 Hz+128 Hz)modes.
