摘要
以江西省抚州市为例,乡镇政府法律顾问工作没有实现全覆盖,并且没有形成乡镇政府与律师的长效合作机制。基于此现状,从理论维度、政府维度和顾问服务提供者维度分析乡镇政府法律顾问工作的机遇。面对机遇,国家层面,需加大资金支持和政策推进的力度;乡镇政府层面,要转变对法律顾问工作的观念;律师层面,应提升政府法律顾问服务的水平,通过全方位多层面的战略实施,充分发挥法律顾问在政府推进法治建设、精准扶贫、发展地方经济等过程中的积极作用。
The paper takes Fuzhou city of Jiangxi province as an example and finds the township governments＇ legal advisory work has not been fully covered,and there isn＇t a long-term cooperative mechanism between the township governments and the lawyers. Based on this situation,the paper analyzes the opportunities of township government legal work from the theoretical dimension,the government dimension and the consultant service provider dimension. Faced with these opportunities,the country should increase financial support and policy efforts;the township governments should change the concept on legal advisory work; and the lawyers should improve their service level. Thus,the government legal advisers can fully play positive role in promoting the governments＇ law construction,doing the precise poverty alleviation and seizing the＂Belt and Road＂initiative to develop local economy.
