摘要
目的了解血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞计数(WBC)3项指标联合检测对儿童急性呼吸道感染诊断的灵敏性。方法检测2190例儿童急性呼吸道感染患者末梢血中SAA、CRP以及WBC,并进行统计分析。结果总共检测2190例,SAA与CRP、WBC、NEU%均呈正相关,r分别为0.598、0.354、0.323,P均<0.01;若以高于正常参考值上限判断为阳性,则SAA、CRP和WBC的阳性检出率分别为63.6%、30.7%、33.2%;CRP和WBC联合检测的阳性检出率为47.6%,SAA、CRP和WBC联合检测的阳性检出率为72.3%;0.9岁以上儿童相比0.9岁以下儿童,SAA对炎症刺激反应升高更快。结论 SAA、CRP和WBC三项联合检测对诊断儿童急性呼吸道感染更有参考价值。
Objective To investigate the sensitivity of the three indexes of serum amyloid A(SAA),C reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)in the diagnosis of acute respiratory tract infection in children.Methods SAA,CRP and WBC in peripheral blood of 2190 children with acute respiratory infection were detected and analyzed statistically.Results 2190 cases were detected,SAA was positively related with CRP,WBC and NEU%(r=0.598,0.354,0.323,all P〈0.01).If higher than the upper limit of normal reference values was judged as positive,the positive rate of SAA,CRP and WBC was 63.6%,30.7%,33.2% respectively.The positive rate of the combined detection of CRP and WBC was 47.6%.The positive rate of the combined detection of SAA,CRP and WBC was 72.3%.Children upper 0.9 years old compared to children under 0.9 years old,SAA increased faster reaction to the inflammation.Conclusion The combined detection of three indexes of SAA,CRP and WBC is more valuable for the diagnosis of acute respiratory tract infection in children.
