摘要
为了研究ZD制剂的作用机制,试验选择20匹健康蒙古马,将15匹造模后随机分为三组,即试验药物组、阳性药物组和阴性对照组,每组5匹,另5匹设为空白对照组。试验药物组给予ZD制剂进行治疗,阳性药物组给予按摩乳,阴性对照组给予空白膏,药物用法用量同试验药物组,每天1次,连续用药15 d;空白对照组不做任何处理。治疗期间分别检测各组马匹血清中血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)和乳酸(LA)含量。结果表明:与空白对照组相比,试验药物组马匹血清中SAA含量在试验第1,3天极显著升高(P〈0.01);与阴性对照组相比,试验药物组马匹血清中SAA含量在试验第1,3天极显著降低(P〈0.01),在试验第5天显著降低(P〈0.05);与阳性药物组相比,试验药物组马匹血清中SAA含量在试验第3天显著降低(P〈0.05)。与空白对照组相比,试验药物组马匹血清中LA含量在试验第1,3天极显著升高(P〈0.01),在试验第5天显著升高(P〈0.05);与阴性对照组相比,试验药物组马匹血清中LA含量在试验第1,5,7天显著降低(P〈0.05),在试验第3天极显著降低(P〈0.01);与阳性药物组相比,试验药物组马匹血清中LA含量在试验第3,5,7天显著降低(P〈0.05)。说明ZD制剂可降低模型马炎症急性期血清SAA和LA的含量,减缓损伤部位的炎症反应。
To study the functionary mechanism of ZD preparation, 20 healthy Mongolian horses were selected, among which 15 horses were modeled and randomly divided into three groups(5 horses in each group):test drug group, positive drug group and negative control group, and the other 5 horses are in blank control group.The test drug group was given a ZD preparation for treatment once a day for 15 days. The positive drug group was given massage ointment, and the negative control group was given blank ointment. The dosage of the drug was the same as that of the test drug group, and the blank control group did not do any treatment. Content of serum SAA and LA of each group were detected after the treatment. The results showed that compared with the blank control group, the content of serum SAA of the test drug group increased significantly at the 1 st and 3 rd days(P〈0.01). Compared with the negative control group, the content of SAA in the serum of the test drug group was extremely decreased(P〈0.01) at the 1 st and the 3 rd days, and significantly decreased on the fifth day(P〈0.05). Compared with the positive drug group, the serum SAA content of the test drug group decreased significantly on the third day(P〈0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the content of LA in the serum of the test drug group increased significantly at first and 3 rd days(P〈0.01), and increased significantly on the fifth day of the test(P〈0.05). Compared with the negative control group, the LA content in the serum of the test drug group was significantly decreased(P〈0.05) at first, 5 th and 7 th days(P〈0.05), and extremely decreased at the third day(P〈0.01). Compared with the positive drug group, the LA content in the horse serum of the test drug group decreased significantly on the 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th days(P〈0.05).
