摘要
"三创型"人才教育的目标是培养创新型人才、创造型人才和创业型人才,而传统教育的目标是培养继承型人才、制造型人才和就业型人才。由传统教育过渡到"三创"教育第一步是调整教育目标。由继承型人才培养目标向创新型人才培养目标调整,决定了人才培养的类型必须由专业型向复合型、由知识型向能力型、由聚焦型向发散型转变;由制造型人才培养目标向创造型人才培养目标调整,决定了人才培养类型必须由"贵有"型向"尚无"型、由"定格"型向"越格"型、由"求同"型向"求异"型转变;由就业型人才培养目标向创业型人才培养目标调整,决定了人才培养的类型必须由"机遇"型向"挑战"型、由"职员"型向"老板"型、由"跟进"型向"开拓"型转变。
The goal of "three creations" education is to cultivate innovative talent, creative talent and enterpris-ing type talent, however, the goal of the traditional education is to cultivate inheritance type talent, manufac-turing talent and employment type talent. The first step for traditional education transfer to "three creations" ed-ucation is to adjust education goal. The goal adjustment from cultivating the inheritance type talent to innova-tive talent determines that the type of talent cultivation must transfer from professional to compound, fromknowledge-based to competency-based, from focusing to diverging. The goal adjustment from cultivating themanufacturing talent to creative talent determines that the type of talent cultivation must transfer from "exis-tence" type to "nonexistence" type, from "frame" type to "overcome the frame", from "seeking the same"type to "seeking the differ" type. The goal adjustment from cultivating the employment type talent to enterpris-ing type talent determines that the type of talent cultivation must transfer from "opportunity" type to "chal-lenge" type, from "staff" type to "boss" type, from "follow-up" type to "exploit" type.
