自密实混凝土技术特点及其在高速铁路中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 重点介绍国内外不同行业自密实混凝土技术特点;阐述国内外自密实混凝土常用配合比设计方法特点以及原材料特性和配合比参数对自密实混凝土性能的影响规律和制备要点;对比分析中国大陆、中国台湾、日本、欧洲、英国、美国等国家及地区自密实混凝土标准中工作性能评价方法和评价指标的不同。结合我国高速铁路板式无砟轨道结构(道岔区结构和CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道结构)特点,分析板式无砟轨道结构功能定位对自密实混凝土性能的特殊要求,重点介绍自密实混凝土技术在我国高速铁路无砟轨道结构中的应用历程和现状。工程实践表明,自密实混凝土技术在我国高速铁路中的规模应用较好地完善了自密实混凝土技术体系,推动自密实混凝土技术进步。 This paper intr0duces the technical characteristics of self-compacting concrete in different industries in China and abroad and looks at the influence of the various characteristics of the commonly used mix ratio design methods of self-compacting concrete as well as the raw material characteristics and mix ratio parameters on the performance and the preparation of self-compacting concrete both at home and abroad. It also offers a comparative analysis of different performance evaluation methods and evaluation indicators in self-compacting concrete standards of Chinese mainland, Taiwan, Japan, Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. According to the characteristics of slab type ballastless track structure in China’s high-speed railway(turnout area structure and CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track structure), the special requirements for the functions of slab ballastless tracks and thus the performance of self-compacting concrete are analyzed, and the application history and status quo of self-compacting concrete technology in the ballastless track structure of China’s highspeed railway is introduced. Engineering practices show that the scale application of self-compacting concrete technology in China’s high speed railways has improved the self-compacting concrete technology system and promoted the technical improvement of self-compacting concrete.
