摘要
结合上海轨道交通10号线延伸段无砟轨道填充层自密实混凝土的配制,对工程中混凝土的高温长时保坍、黏度体系降低、泌水抑制、浮浆泡沫等问题进行了探讨与研究,最终确定了最优的外加剂配方,为自密实混凝土的配制和质量控制提供了保证。
Combined with the preparation of self-compacting concrete filled with ballastless track in the extension section of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 10,the problems of high temperature and long lump retainment,reduction of viscosity system,suppression of bleeding,floating slurry foam,etc.are discussed and studied in this paper,and finally the optimal admixture formulation are determined to provide guarantee for the preparation and quality control of self-compacting concrete.
