摘要
目的:了解北京市丰盛中医骨伤专科医院(以下简称"我院")麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的应用现状及趋势,为此类药物的科学管理和合理应用提供参考。方法:对2012—2017年我院麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)、限定日费用(defined daily cost,DDC)和药品销售金额排序(B)/DDDs排序(A)等进行统计分析。结果:2012—2017年,我院麻醉药品的销售金额逐年增长,且以注射剂为主;枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液的销售金额排序在2014—2017年均居首位,其DDDs排序在2014—2016年均居首位;枸椽酸芬太尼注射液的DDDs排序在2012—2013年及2017年居首位,其他年份居第2位;枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液的DDC排序在2014—2017年均居首位,硫酸吗啡缓释片(30 mg)的DDC排序在2012—2013年居首位;盐酸哌替啶注射液、盐酸麻黄碱注射液和枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液的B/A接近1.0,其经济效益和社会效益的同步性较好。结论:我院麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的销售金额逐年增长,其使用基本符合相关标准和治疗规范,但仍需加强管理。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status and tendency of narcotics and psychotropic drugs of category Ⅰ in Beijing Fengsheng Special Hospital of Traditional Medical Traumatology and Orthopedics（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the scientific management and rational application of the drugs. METHODS： Statistical analysis was conducted on the consumption sum,defined daily dose system（ DDDs）,defined daily cost（ DDC） and B/A of narcotics and psychotropic drugs of category Ⅰ in our hospital during 2012-2017. RESULTS： During 2012-2017,the consumption sum of narcotics in our hospital had increased year by year,and it was mainly based on injections. The consumption sum of sufentanil citrate injection toolk the lead during 2014-2017,and the DDDs ranked first during 2014-2016. The DDDs of fentanyl citrate injection ranked first during 2012-2013 and 2017,and ranked second in other years. The DDC of sufentanil citrate injection took the lead during 2014-2017,and the DDC of Morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets（ 30 mg） dominated the first place during 2012-2013.The B/A of pipethidine hydrochloride injection,ephedrine hydrochloride injection and sufentanil citrate injection were close to 1. 0,with better synchronization of economic and social benefits. CONCLUSIONS： The consumption sum of narcotics and psychotropic drugs of category Ⅰ in our hospital has increased year by year. The application basically meets the relevant standards and treatment specifications,but it still needs to be strengthened
