摘要
回转轴承安装时,对螺栓的紧固力矩和紧固方式要求较高,需严格按照螺栓紧固力矩的数值及方式进行紧固。首先介绍了螺栓的紧固方式,然后从螺栓的强度出发,通过查阅相关资料、计算、分析,给出了回转轴承在实际施工中所需的紧固力矩。从而为钢包回转台螺栓紧固力矩的计算,提供了一种简便可靠的方法。
When the slewing bearing is installed, the requirements on tightening torque and tightening mode of bolts are high, therefore, it is necessary to strictly follow the fastening method and tightening torque. This paper first introduces the fastening methods of bolts, then from the strength of the bolt, through consulting relevant data, calculation and analysis, the tightening torque of the slewing bearing is given in actual construction. So as to provide a simple and reliable method for calculating the bolt tightening torque of the ladle turret.
