摘要
连铸机钢包回转台是连铸生产工艺重要的组成部分,而回转轴承又是钢包回转台的关键部件。回转轴承的运行和维护状况直接影响着连铸机运行的稳定性,一旦出现故障将会导致整台连铸机中断生产,而且处理起来非常困难。2020年6月发现天津市新天钢联合特钢有限公司4号连铸机钢包回转台回转电机电流异常升高,经判断为回转轴承故障所致。本文介绍了4号连铸机钢包回转台结构形式和运行现状,分析了钢包回转台回转轴承故障产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了使用维护和处理措施,以减少回转轴承故障发生概率,保障连铸生产稳定运行。
The ladle turret of the continuous caster is an important component of the continuous casting production technics,however the slewing bearing is a key component of the ladle turret.The operation and maintenance status of the slewing bearing directly affect the stability of the continuous caster operation,once a fault occurs,the production of the whole continuous caster will be interrupted,and it is very difficult to deal with it.In June 2020,it was found that the current of the rotary motor of the ladle turret of No.4 continuous caster in Tianjin New Tiangang United Special Steel Co.,Ltd.was abnormally increased,which was judged to be caused by the fault of the rotary bearing.This paper introduces the structural form and operation present situation of the ladle turret of No.4 continuous caster,analyzes the causes of the failure of the slewing bearing in the ladle turret,and on this basis,puts forward the use,maintenance and treatment measures to reduce the probability of the failure of the slewing bearing,and ensure the stable operation of the continuous casting production.
