摘要
新时代东北振兴应坚持走绿色发展之路。习近平生态文明思想形成了和谐观、公平观、民生观、系统观、历史观、全球观等在内的核心价值观体系,是东北地区实现绿色发展的基本遵循。东北地区的绿色发展应以农业农村可持续发展为基础实施乡村振兴战略、从制造业振兴入手优化产业结构、发展绿色经济、加强生态环境保护为重点。同时,对东北振兴要有耐心,并完善相应保障措施,例如破除体制机制障碍、创新驱动深化国企改革等,从而走出一条资源环境代价小、经济发展效益好、可持续的新型绿色发展之路。
The revitalization of the Northeast in the new era should adhere to the road of green development.Xi Jinping＇s ecological civilization thought has formed a core value system including the concept of harmony,fairness,people＇s livelihood,system,history and global view. It is the basic follow-up of the realization of green development in Northeast China. The green development of the Northeast region should focus on implementing the rural revitalization strategy based on the sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas,starting from the revitalization of manufacturing industries,optimizing the industrial structure,developing a green economy,and strengthening ecological environment protection. At the same time,we must be patient with the revitalization of the Northeast,and improve the corresponding safeguard measures,such as removing institutional obstacles,and innovating to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises,so as to embark on a new green development path with low resource and environmental costs,good economic development benefits,and sustainable development.
