摘要
浙江省为缓解经济发展与生态保护之间矛盾,积极发挥绿色信贷在企业节能减排和经济绿色发展中的支持作用。本文搜集2017—2019年间浙江省节能环保与绿色转型行业119家上市公司数据,运用DEA模型分析绿色信贷支持生态经济发展的效率水平。结果表明:浙江省绿色信贷支持生态经济发展效率总体上逐步提高;节能环保和医药卫生行业能吸引到足够多的绿色信贷投入,且产出效率高;能源化工、机械设备制造、食品制造以及纺织服装等行业的绿色信贷没能发挥应有效率水平,主要原因是节能减排未能达到预期目标。
In order to alleviate the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection,Zhejiang province actively played the role of green credit in supporting energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises and green economy development.Based on the data of 119 listed companies in the energy-saving and environmental protection and green transition industries in Zhejiang province from 2017 to 2019,the paper analyzes the efficiency of green credit supporting the development of ecological economy by the DEA model.The results show as follows:the overall efficiency has gradually improved of green credit supporting ecological economic development in Zhejiang province;the energy conservation and environmental protection&medicine and health care have attracted sufficient green credit inputs with a high output efficiency;the green credit invested in the energy chemical industry,machinery and equipment manufacturing,food manufacturing industry,and textile and clothing industries failed to achieve its due efficiency,mainly because of the failure to achieve the expected goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
