摘要
当今时代,伴随着人们对人与自然关系的深刻反思、对生态环境的高度关注,建设生态文明越来越成为人类共识和协同行动。建设生态文明是一个长期的历史进程,从我国的实际出发,现阶段的一个重要任务和实现路径,就是大力推进生态建设。为此,必须增进共识、肩负使命,观念先行、产业奠基、制度保障、文化浸润,加快生态建设,促进生态文明。
In modern times, with the deep reflection on the relationships between the human and the nature, people pay the high attention to the ecological environment,thus,construction of ecological civilization is more and more become a human consensus and coordinated action. Construction of ecological civilization is a long historical process, from reality of our country, the important task and realization approach at the present stage, is to promote the ecological construction.For this, we should strengthen consensus, responsible for mission, concept first, industrial foundation, system guarantee, cultural infiltration, to speed up the ecological construction, and promote ecological civilization.
