摘要
利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件并参考挪威船级社的海工操作规范,对平台整体甲板模块的吊装进行了整体有限元分析,并在整体分析的基础上利用ABAQUS软件中子模型方法分析了吊装舱壁附近区域的开孔应力集中.通过对整体吊装强度和局部开孔应力强度的评估,形成了整体吊装操作的指导性文件,并通过吊装过程中测得数据和计算数据的对比,检验了有限元分析的准确程度.
A global lifting FE analysis for the offshore platform upper hull has been performed using ABAQUS, and the stress concentration around penetrations at lifting bulkheads area are also analyzed through sub-model technique of ABAQUS software based on the global lifting analysis. After evaluating the global lifting strength and local stress concentration a manual instruction is obtained for the lifting operation and through the comparison of FE analysis result and the measured data during operation, the accuracy of FE analysis is verified in return.
