摘要
以漳州市计生特殊群体为研究对象,采用问卷实证调查及深入访谈的方式,研究失独者的心理健康状况,探索社区心理服务的运作模式。失独群体存在明显的抑郁情绪状态,且社会支持及各维度与抑郁均呈负相关。根据测评结果开展"携爱家园帮扶计生特殊家庭重建"的社区心理服务活动的模式探索,通过规范建设专业队伍及提升心理服务专业质量,做好全面筛查,因地制宜,立足现状,满足需求,组织同质性社区活动,增强失独群体的情绪调节能力,拓展广阔的社会支持网络。
Basing on the questionnaire survey and interviews, this study took the national family planning special family in Zhangzhou as the research object to explore the operation mode of the community mental health service targeting the loss of only child families. There was a distinct depressive state in this group, and the social support and all dimensions were negatively correlated with depression. The study carried out the project-driven action reseamh into ＂Loving Home and Rebuilding the Loss of Only Child Families＂. The study maintained that perfecting management model, standardizing and promoting the professional team accordingly, comprehensive screening, meeting specific needs with an overall perspective were the best method to serve these families. Only in this way can we offer a systematic, dynamic and in-depth community mental service to the loss of only child families, to help them tackle difficult situations and eventually promote their mental health.
