摘要
当前,老年人养老问题已成为中国一个重大社会问题。在家庭养老、机构养老和社区居家养老三种模式中,社区居家养老对于大多数老年人是一种更为理想的养老模式选择。本研究调查了青岛市老年人的社区居家养老意愿、现状,并就构建老年人社区居家养老社会支持提出了加强政府在社区居家养老业中的主导作用,创新社区居家养老服务运作模式,促进社区居家养老服务业的专业化、社会化与市场化发展等对策措施。
The elderly care has become an increasingly serious social problem in China. Among the three elderly care patterns of family care, institution care and community-based in-home care, the last form is the most advisable choice. In our research, we surveyed people＇s attitude toward and the practice of the community-based in-home care of senior citizens in Qindao City. On this basis, we propose that among others, the government should reinforce its leading role in promoting this pattern of elderly care, innovating its operating mode, and enhancing the specialization and marketization of the community-based in-home elderly care.
