摘要
会诊工作是临床检验诊断学专科医师规范化培训阶段的重要内容。临床检验诊断学专科医师会诊的主要目的是整合患者的临床实验室信息,优化患者诊治。国际上不同国家、地区和机构采取的会诊形式存在很大差异,但是根据各自特点,只要能够实现检验科医师参与临床诊断和治疗的目的即可。国内相关机构也根据我国国情特点,大力推动检验医师会诊和检验报告解释工作。最后笔者分享了本机构会诊工作的形式和培训经验。
Consultation ability is the key training content for the laboratory medicine specialists in the standardized training phase. Integration of the patients’ clinical laboratory information in favor of diagnosis and treatment is the aim of this consultation work. Internationally despite the great diferences in consultation forms adopted by diferent countries, regions and institutions, it is the goal to achieve the purpose of participating in clinical diagnosis and treatment. In China, according to the characteristics of national conditions, the relevant institutions have also vigorously promoted physician consultations and laboratory report interpretations. Finally, this paper shared the form and experience of consultation of our own institution.
