摘要
临床实习是医学教育的重要环节,是培养高质量、高素质医学人才的关键阶段。通过分析当前医学生临床实习存在的问题,探讨其解决的对策,对完善临床实习管理制度,提高临床实习质量提出建议。
Clinical practice is an important step for medical education ,which is key stage for educating high quality medical talents. This article discusses the solution and suggestion through analyzes problems which medical students meet in clinical practice. For perfecting clinic practice management system and improving clinical practice quality.
