摘要
以大型炼胶设备采用龙门架吊装的成功经验为实例,分别从龙门架的设计制造、安装拆卸、吊装步骤及安全注意事项四个方面,根据工程实际,阐述在大型吊装工程中龙门架的应用,为今后同类大型吊装工程项目设计及现场问题解决提供一定指导。
Taking the successful experience of gantry hoisting in large-scale rubber mixing equipment as an example, the application of gantry in large hoisting projects is explained from four aspects： design and manufacture, installation and disassembly, hoisting steps and safety precautions of gantry.It will provide some guidance for the design and on-site problem solving of similar large-scale hoisting projects in the future.
