摘要
石油和化工行业在原料处理、产品生产、成品储运等诸多环节可能出现潜在的爆炸性环境。在众多的防爆技术中,本安回路的设计理念在石化装置中已被广泛接受并应用。目前部分国外项目业主提出了对于本安回路需要进行验算的要求,对此本文介绍本安回路的组成、验算方法以及电缆最大容许长度的计算,阐述本安回路计算在工程项目设计中的必要性和重要性。
The petroleum and chemical industries may have the potentially explosive environment in many aspects such as raw material processing,product production,finished product storage and transportation. Among many explosion-proof technologies,the design concept of intrinsically safe loop has been widely accepted and applied in petrochemical plants.At present,some foreign project owners have put forward the requirements for checking and verifying the intrinsically safe loop. This paper introduces the elements of the intrinsically safe loop,the calculation and verification method,the verification method of the maximum allowable length of cable,and explains the necessity and importance of intrinsically safe loop calculation in the engineering design of project.
